Peppermint

Based on menthol content, peppermint is known to help ease tension headaches and muscular aches and pains.

Neat (direct on skin) application is generally safe, but I always recommend using a carrier oil when applying, especially with sensitive skin.

Also known to keep mice at bay, they hate the smell of peppermint. Good for keeping spiders to minimum as well. (Our personal favorite reason)
