RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

At Fruitage of the Field, we take pride in handcrafting premium natural skincare products in Ontario, Canada. We want you to love your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following policy to ensure health, safety, and quality standards.

Returns

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products. We can only accept returns for:

  • Unopened products in original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items shipped due to our error

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the product cost to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your location and financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fruitageofthefield@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

For unopened products being returned, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery date
